We conducted a blend of qualitative and quantitative consumer and market research to help ALDO gain a deep understanding of their customers and identify emerging market trends to gain insight from when thinking about their future customer experience. All insights and opportunities were compiled into a series of reports that highlighted where key opportunities existed for ALDO to solve current customer challenges and capitalize on new and emerging market opportunities, in both the short and long term.
Experience Design
Based on the insights and opportunities identified, we collaborated closely with ALDO to envision and define what their future customer experience could be across channels and touchpoints.
We developed a wide variety of new concepts and experience designs that were compiled into detailed strategic blueprints. The blueprints provided a cohesive vision for ALDO's future customer experience and were used to guide ALDO's customer experience strategy.

Mobile Application
We designed, developed, launched and manage ALDO's award-winning mobile application. The app provides customers with a blend of rich brand content and convenient shopping tools that deliver a seamless online-to-offline shopping experience.
ALDO's mobile app also equips customers with a breakthrough in-store mobile experience that provides them with personal product suggestions and enables them to scan, request and try on products instantly.
Connected Store
We collaborated with ALDO to envision, design, develop and launch their new ‘Connected Store', including the creation of a new store service model and suite of digital and mobile touchpoints to enrich the customer experience and empower associates to deliver superior customer service. ALDO's connected stores feature a variety of engaging interactive displays to contextualize products, a unique in-store mobile experience that enables customers to scan and request to try-on products, and a clienteling and assisted selling app for store associates.
