We conducted consumer and market research to help DAVIDsTEA better understand the needs, desires and behaviours of their target customers, evaluate emerging market trends and innovations, and pinpoint critical opportunities to enhance their customer experience. We leveraged the insights and opportunities identified to envision and define what DAVIDsTEA's future customer journey and experience could be, across channels and touchpoints.
Customer Mobile App
We designed and developed a new mobile application to provide DAVIDsTEA customers with a personalized shopping and loyalty experience. The app empowers customers with a virtual tea concierge that helps them to find teas that match their personal tastes and equips them with rich content and convenient tools that blend tea discovery and education with fast and seamless shopping.
Associate Application
We collaborated with DAVIDsTEA to create a new tablet application for associates (Tea Guides) in DAVDsTEA stores. The associate app offers a variety of clientelling, assisted selling and mPOS features that enable associates to deliver a superior customer service, capture new customer data and drive incremental sales.
